Terms of service
Last updated September 29, 2026
These terms cover your use of Pitboard, a service for showing menus and other content on TVs. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
Plans and payment
Each plan covers a set number of TVs and is billed monthly, in advance, at the price shown when you choose it, plus any sales tax that applies where you are. Your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial; your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number. You can change plans, update your card, download receipts or cancel at any time from the Account page. Plan changes take effect right away with the difference prorated. Cancelling stops future charges, and your boards keep showing until the end of the period you've paid for, then show a paused sign. We don't refund partial months. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing prices.
Your content
Your menus, prices, logos, photos and other content stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them on your TVs and in your dashboard, only to run the service. Only upload content you have the right to use, and keep prices and descriptions accurate — you're responsible for what your boards say to your customers.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pitboard for anything illegal, to show content that's hateful or explicit, to break into the service or other accounts, or to overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work hard to keep Pitboard running, and TVs keep showing their last menu if they can't reach us. Still, the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose.
Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, and if we ever shut Pitboard down we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can make other plans.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms we'll update the date above and email account holders about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Questions? Email mason@flyinfarmerpitstop.com.
