Pitboard

Change a price. Every TV keeps up.

Pitboard runs the menu boards in your restaurant, diner or food counter. Change a price or mark something sold out from your phone, and every TV shows it in seconds.

From $9 a month, free for 14 days. Works with Fire TV and any smart TV with a web browser.

Changes reach the TV in seconds

This phone works. Change a price or mark something sold out.

On the wall by this afternoon.

No installer, no designer, nothing to mount. Most owners are done in half an hour.

  1. Build your menu

Start from a sample for your kind of place, or paste your menu in. Add your logo and food photos if you have them.

  2. Connect a TV

Open the Pitboard app on a Fire TV, or any smart TV's web browser, and type the short code it shows into your phone.

  3. Set your hours

Breakfast until 10:30, lunch after, a closed sign overnight. It switches on its own every day.

Built for the lunch rush, not the IT department.

Everything a busy counter needs from its menu board, and nothing it has to learn.

  • Prices from your phone

Edit at the counter. Every TV showing that menu updates within seconds.

  • Sold out in one tap

Out of brisket? Flip the switch and it's crossed off on the board until you flip it back.

  • Your cooks can mark it sold out

Text the kitchen a link. They cross items off from their own phones, and that's all they can change.

  • Menus that follow the clock

Different menus for different times, a closed sign after hours, and one-off days for holidays.

  • No black screens

If the internet drops, the last menu stays up. After a power cut, the board comes right back.

  • Drag it where you want it

Drop in food photos, a “2 for $10” starburst or a hand-lettered special anywhere on the board.

  • Your menu on every phone

A QR code on the board opens your menu on customers' phones, with the same prices and sold-outs.

  • Raise prices in one go

Food costs went up? Raise the whole menu 5%, rounded to .49 or .99, and check every price first.

  • Boards that read across the room

Bold, diner-style layouts. A board check warns you about small text before it goes on the wall.

  • Wide or tall screens

Hang a TV on its side for a drive-thru or a narrow wall. The menu lays itself out tall to match.

  • Keeps its schedule offline

Each TV knows its whole day, so breakfast still turns into lunch on time if the Wi-Fi drops.

  • Nothing to set up twice

The same menu runs every TV, the phone menu and the staff link. Change it once.

Flyin' Farmer Pitstop runs its kitchen on Pitboard.

Two TVs in Jenkins, Missouri. The kitchen board serves Granny Linna's Early Bird Breakfast until 10:30, then switches to Granny Linna's Chicken. The other keeps Diamond J BBQ up all day. Nobody touches either TV.

Why owners pick Pitboard over a sign app.

Most digital sign apps are built for offices, gyms and lobbies, and a menu is one template among hundreds. Pitboard does one job: the menu board in a busy kitchen.

Questions owners ask.

Do I need special equipment?

No. Any TV with a Fire TV stick works, and so does any smart TV with a web browser.

What happens if the internet goes out?

The TV keeps showing your menu and keeps following its schedule, so breakfast still switches to lunch on time. When the internet comes back, it catches up on any changes by itself.

Can I use a TV turned on its side, like at a drive-thru?

Yes. Set that TV to tall and the menu gets a tall layout made for it, not a squeezed wide one.

I already have a menu someone designed. Can I use it?

Yes. Upload the picture and put it on a TV. You can cover old prices with new ones right on top of it.

How long does setup take?

Most owners have their first board up in under half an hour: type the menu, plug in the TV, enter the code.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Any time, from the Account page. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and cancelling keeps your boards up until the end of the month you've paid for.
